Terms and conditions
These terms govern Sumao, operated by the Un Peso Oro team, and its apps, websites and related services. Creating an account or subscribing to Premium means accepting these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for your business. Mandatory laws and your consumer rights continue to apply.
1. Service, account and acceptable use
Sumao manages sales, inventory, customers, collections and reports on iPhone and the web; the Android version is in private beta. Protect your credentials and assign appropriate team permissions. Do not use the service for fraud, illegal activity, unauthorized data access or harm to the platform. Accounts may be restricted for abuse or security risks, with the reason communicated where possible.
2. Free and Premium
Basic management is free: sales, customers, basic inventory, receivables and payments. Country, currency, language and tax settings require no subscription. Creating an account or increasing sales does not trigger automatic charges. Premium is optional and offers seven annual plans with the same benefits; the price you choose does not change the included features.
3. Price, renewal, cancellation and refunds
Final price, currency, taxes, duration and any promotion are shown before confirmation. Reference web prices are in USD and are not a conversion into your business currency. Apple shows local prices. Premium renews automatically every year until canceled under the provider’s displayed terms. No free trial or availability of all prices in every country is guaranteed.
On iPhone, manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On the web, open Premium → Manage subscription to access the Stripe portal. Cancel before renewal to avoid another charge and check the access end date. Deleting the app or account does not replace this process. Request Apple purchase refunds from Apple; for web purchases, contact ayuda@sumao.do. Refund rights and deadlines depend on the purchase and applicable law.
4. Business and tax scope
Sumao creates business records and receipts; it does not guarantee certified tax documents or replace electronic invoicing required in your country. Confirm taxes, rates, record-retention requirements and obligations with your adviser or local authority. Manual reconciliation tools do not move money or automatically connect to a bank account. Feature availability depends on the platform and version.
5. Your data and responsibilities
You retain ownership of your data and authorize its storage and processing to provide Sumao. You must have the necessary rights to the content and personal data you enter. Check your records and keep copies of information you need. You can request data export or deletion by email without subscribing to Premium. Team members can delete their user account without deleting business records; anyone authorized to delete the business can delete it and its associated data.
6. Availability, liability and changes
Maintenance, network failures or provider issues may interrupt the service. Sumao is provided subject to availability; liability limitations apply only as permitted by law and do not exclude non-waivable rights. Significant service or terms changes will be communicated. If a purchased feature changes substantially, contact support to review applicable options and rights.
