How does Premium renew, and how can I cancel?
Premium is annual and renews automatically until canceled. On iPhone, manage it in Apple subscriptions; on the web, select “Manage subscription” in Premium. Deleting the app or account does not replace canceling with the payment provider.
Does Sumao issue certified tax documents?
Sumao records transactions and creates business receipts. Configuring a tax does not issue certified tax documents or replace electronic invoicing required in your country.
Can I use Sumao for free?
Sales, customers, receivables, payments and basic inventory are free. Premium is optional. Country, currency, language and tax settings do not require a subscription.
What can I manage with Sumao?
Record sales, manage inventory and customers, and review sales documents, outstanding balances, payments, returns and reports.
Does it work on a computer?
Yes. Open sumao.app in your computer’s browser. Use the same account as on your iPhone to keep your information in sync.
Is it available for Android?
The Android version is in private beta. It is not yet available on Google Play; you can request access via WhatsApp.
How do I get started?
Select “Get started for free” to create an account. Use Sumao on the web or download the iPhone app.
Can I use it for sales through WhatsApp or Instagram?
Yes. Share receipts, keep customer records and add your public Sumao profile link to your social accounts.
